Durbanville Children’s Home runs several different projects in order to receive goods and save money on expenses. Food, second hand clothing, furniture and equipment are greatly appreciated. The home’s receptionist will gladly assist you and record donations. Please be so kind as to complete the registration form for administration purposes and in order for the home to thank you. Reception hours are as follows: Most urgent needsIt is understandable that some people prefer donating goods to meet the home’s daily needs rather than making a financial contribution. Durbanville Children’s Home truly appreciates any good will towards its children and would therefore like to encourage all donations made in any manner you feel comfortable with. |
For this purpose, the home has a list of needs which is updated every month. This ensures that the items requested are directly in line with the home’s most urgent needs, for example, school uniforms and stationary at the beginning of the school year, fun items during school holidays and jerseys and socks when winter is lurking.
