In halls of care, where young hearts reside,
A haven not just for them, but staff inside,
A place where love and support never fade,
Where colleagues become family, bonds are made.

I came with scars, with losses so dear,
Private struggles, tears, and lonely fears,
But in this home, a new path did unfold,
A family found, in colleagues so bold.

You saw beyond my worn-out frame,
And offered me a chance, a new name,
A chance to heal, to grow, to thrive,
To find my place, and let love survive.

The children smile, their laughter fills the air,
Their needs met with kindness, beyond compare,
And I, a part of this caring crew,
Found solace, comfort, and a love anew.

Thank you for this gift, this sacred space,
Where hearts are healed, and love’s warm embrace,
I’m grateful for the team, my new-found kin,
Together we care, and love within.

In this children’s home, I’ve found my nest,
A place to belong, to rest, to be my best,
Thank you for showing me, there’s good in the land,
